Glacier we walked across on the way to Gokyo lakes
The 3rd and largest of the Gokyo Lakes. The town of Gokyo sits on this lake.
This girl twisted her knee as she was hiking down Gokyo Peak so one of the sherpas had to carry her down. She had a helicopter evacuate her back to Kathmandu the next day.
Dinner! We brought our own sausage (from Austria) since we were craving some meat. Can't really trust eating the buffalo meat in Nepal, especially when we see the porters carrying the whole buffalo legs up the mountains throughout the days.
