Year's Eve at Sunshine's in Nevis
Monday
was New Year's Eve, where we had reservations at Sunshines for the
NYE party, so we left White House Bay and sailed over to Nevis. We
picked up a mooring ball right off the beach, and took the dingy to
shore for some beach time and to play horse shoes. Later that night
after naps and showers, we headed back to Sunshines for dinner and
the party. We had a blast dancing and hanging out by the bonfire.
The bar next door to Sunshines (Chevy's) also had a bonfire, and the
two bars seemed to be competing for the biggest fire. Chevy's
bonfire ultimately ended up burning a portion of a tree. We went
back to the boat just before midnight, just in time to see the Four
Season's fire works display from the nets of our boat.
